Me Amélie BAGNÈS

Amélie Bagnès is a graduate of the Universities of Strasbourg and Saarbrücken and was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2006.

She has acquired solid experience in the litigation departments of leading firms in the market (Wildgen & Partners and at Loyens & Loeff).

During these 20 years, she developed particular skills in civil and commercial law and particularly in civil liability law, contract law, real estate law, debt collection and shareholder disputes.

Amélie is certified as a corporate conciliation expert and legal representative (« expert conciliateur d’entreprise et mandataires de justice ») before the courts.

Favouring effective and pragmatic solutions, she advises you in the pre-litigation phase. If no amicable solution can be found, she will represent you before all the Luxembourgish jurisdictions.

Amélie Bagnès speaks French, English, German and basic Luxembourgish.
